1. Summary

  • The app fetches your LOGA3 time sheet on your device and turns it into shifts / calendar data.
  • Optional: import a payslip and compare it to imported shifts (Payroll check tab) — on-device only.
  • Optional: schedule photos / files for OCR — recognition stays on the device.
  • No operator servers: login, PDFs, photos, shifts, and payslip data are not uploaded to fr4iser.com or other servers we run — everything stays on the device.
  • Optional Google Calendar sync only with your consent (device ↔ Google).
  • No ad trackers, no Crashlytics/Sentry in the app.

3. Sharing

  • LOGA3: only to the employer/tenant URL you configure (HTTPS).
  • Google: only if you use “Connect Google” — calendar scopes per Google consent.
  • GitHub: optional “Check for updates” or manual APK downloads.
  • No sale of data, no ad partners. Payslips and photos are not sent to operator servers.

4. Your rights

Access, deletion, restriction: in the app under Settings → Setup → Wipe all local data (including shifts, PDFs, and payslips), or uninstall. Contact: support@fr4iser.com.

5. Note

The app is experimental. Parser, calendar sync, and payroll check do not replace official LOGA3/employer information. You must verify shifts, times, and pay yourself; expected amounts in the payroll check (Abrechnungsprüfung) may be incomplete or wrong.

Tariff figures shipped in packs are based on publicly published AVR Caritas tables (own JSON layout, no PDF import), with Anlage, regional commission, and validity/as-of notes. There is no warranty of completeness, accuracy, or currency. No affiliation with Caritas; not an official tariff source.

Web app (shift.fr4iser.com): PDFs are not uploaded to the server. Parsed shifts use browser sessionStorage (cleared when the tab/browser closes). Theme/colours may remain in localStorage. There is no AES encryption like in the Android app — on a shared device use “Clear local data” or a private window.
